For our Member of the Month in May, we have chosen Luis Magdaleno! A newer member here at CFNP but someone who has shown enthusiasm and dedication from the moment he walked in the door. We all know what it is like to start CrossFit for the first time, you walk into the gym and not only are the movements new but you don't know anyone's name. You're essentially the new kid in school and as an adult that can be an uncomfortable position to be in. Luis on the other hand, walked into the gym and from the moment he joined it didn't matter if he was in an all ladies class run by Tawny blasting Beyonce or a mixed age and gender class Luis just seems to fit right in. We chose Luis as our Member of the Month for this month because while Luis has only been doing CrossFit for five months, he has jumped on the train consistently attending class every week and making huge gains at a rapid rate and is just an overall great guy to get fit with. Read on to find out more about Luis!
